Virtual Series:

People Are Leaving & You Don't Know Why

Nobody quits over one bad day.

They quit over a hundred quiet ones — the ones nobody named.

🎙️ Speaker: Kelli Ng

The Guide Who Stopped Showing Up

Kelli had just come back from maternity leave when it started.

Small things. Meetings this guide never missed — including the Scaling Up event Kelli had personally asked her to attend.

Then she stopped coming to their one-on-ones.

When she did show up, she brought Kelli problems instead of solving them — the kind that used to get sorted in one honest conversation between leaders.

Kelli reached out.

The guide asked for time.

"I need to process this properly. Can I send you an email before we talk?"

What came back wasn't the ending. It was the beginning — issues from a year, two years earlier, that Kelli thought were long resolved.

It Was Never About Who Cared More

Kelli sat with the email for a while. What had she missed. What hadn't she said.

When they finally talked, she just listened — properly, not waiting for her turn. Then she asked: can I share more of what I actually know?

The guide's answer: "I didn't know that. If I'd known, I wouldn't have felt this way."

It was never one person not caring.

It was a gap between leaders that nobody had closed — and she'd filled it in with the worst version of the story.

Three Things Kelli Wishes She'd Caught Sooner

  • People don't leave over one moment. They leave over the gaps nobody filled in.
  • Say it out loud, or someone else fills in the worst version of the story.
  • Lose one leader's trust, and you risk losing everyone who follows them.

Two Hours. No Muted Mics.

This isn't a webinar you watch.

It's a session with the floor open — live polls, an unscripted Q&A where Kelli answers too, and breakout rooms run by Lynch Pin guides if the room wants to dig further in.

You'll leave having named the one conversation you've been putting off.
