Delicia Ng Ly-Ann is the Head of Talent Growth for the KIAN Group of Companies and the creator of the RE:Life framework. With over 20 years of leadership experience, including a significant tenure at Taylor’s Education Group, she has designed award-winning Life Skills programmes for thousands of participants. An International Coach Federation (ICF) Certified Coach and HRD Corp Accredited Trainer, Delicia specializes in emotional intelligence and conflict management, providing leaders with practical tools to unlock their team's full potential.   


About the program:

This is a full-day experiential workshop built around discussions, exercises, role plays, videos, and real workplace scenarios so you do not just learn Emotional Intelligence, you practice it and leave ready to apply it with your team.
