Filling in the LPH Product Creation Form (Event Ticket)

Fill out this form to request an event ticket to be created as a product in Odoo.

1. Select 'Event Ticket' as the Product Type.

2. Type the name of the event, e.g. Scaling Up in Johor 2025

3. The product should be for the 'Event' department.

4. The company depends on where the event takes place.

If the event takes place in Malaysia & non-Singapore countries, select 'Lynch Pin Malaysia'. If the event is held in Singapore, select 'Lynch Pin Singapore'.

5. Event tickets fall under the 'Saleable' product category.

6. The unit measurement for event tickets is 'Units'.

7. Type the Sales Price with the proper currency & without tax.

There are cases where we have prices in different currencies e.g. RM, USD, SGD, IDR. Please ensure that you key in the right amount with the right currency.

8. Event tickets usually do not have a cost price.

If it comes with a cost price, feel free to add it in. If not, type 'NA'.

9. Event ticket is a service-based product, so please select 'Yes' for this question.

10. There is usually no variant for event tickets.

Using 'Scaling Up ASEAN Circuit 2024' as an example; there are 3 tickets that exist in this event:
- Scaling Up in KL 2024
- Scaling Up in Singapore 2024
- Scaling Up in Jakarta 2024

These are not considered variants. Each ticket should be a product by itself. So if there are 3 tickets as shown above, please fill in this form 3 different times (with the correct name & price)
