    • Weekly Learning is up & running. To start updating the monthly lineup with visuals and copywriting.
    • Create pages for : 1) About Us, featuring Our Team & Our Consultants (with their specialties); 2) Our Services

    Accountability :

    • Syaz & Melanie to work on refining content & layout this Fri. Syaz to share the LucidSpark Website Crafting Board
    • Bella to work on implementing template designs for website banners
    • Syaz to share registration photo reference for Kelli's blog posts
    • Syaz to share the brochure & info on the 4 pillars of Lynch Pin University; Leadership Fundamentals & Conscious Communication
    • Melanie to copywrite & work with Syaz to publish Kelli's latest blog post
    • Team to list out any enquiries they have about website to be addressed by Stephanie in the next session w OdooPr

    Odoo Templates

    • Need to finalize Email Templates according to : Events, HRDC, SLA, Project Sales & Services (Generic Sales).
    • Need to look into creating branded Quotation/Sales Template

    • Melanie to attend LinkedIn Ads & FB Ads HRDC training. In process of registration.

    • Marketing Comms Follow-Up 1-Day Retreat (Internal Team Design & Language Alignment, Priorities & Finalizing LPH Branding/Message). Share proposed Agenda to Kelli & get James & Debbie's dates
    • Marketing Comms Alignment Structure (Show & Tell or Daily Alignments; Weekly Alignments, etc.) & Workflow. Syaz to think and propose to team.
    • Revisit People & Internship needs (Internship Presentation, Induction Presentation, Welcome Kit, Wishes Kit, Sustainable Premium Designs etc.) for LPH & KIAN
    • Revisit LPH creative initiatives (#cool wall & check-in wall)
